It’s a wrap! Check out some of the recently completed construction projects Kenseal had the opportunity to service.

An upscale community in Raleigh, NC is home to a variety of office buildings, retail centers and residential homes. New buildings are popping up in this hip neighborhood to keep up with the growing demand for living and working spaces. Kenseal Construction Products had the opportunity to work with valued customers on the construction of two new buildings – The Dartmouth and Park Central.

The Kenseal Raleigh team provided construction materials for the above grade waterproofing and expansion joints of these buildings. To help keep the project on schedule, Kenseal stored specialty products in our nearby warehouse and made multiple deliveries to the project site throughout construction.

As a landmark for the Paterson, NJ community, the Paterson Board of Education building was in need of a renovation — 25,000 sq ft of facade repair and coating replacement. A valued Kenseal customer was awarded the project and reached out to the Kenseal Parsippany team for samples of Sikagard® 550W in order to construct a mock-up. After mixing a 10 different color samples, the color for the project was finalized and the appropriate product for the remainder of the job was supplied to our customer.

We are proud to carry the top brands in waterproofing, glass and glazing, restoration, the building envelope and more. Let’s take a look into a recent project where Kenseal was on the job-site from the ground up!

The Chester Charter School broke ground on their new campus in mid-2016. The former location of the school could not accommodated the growth expected for the student population after the 2017 school year. The new campus sits on 11 acres of land in the City of Chester and is designed specifically for the school’s integrated-arts program. The building will include two classrooms for each grade K-12, break-out reading rooms on every floor, a regulation gymnasium, a multi-media/computer lab, science laboratories, dance and art studios and a cafetorium.

Kenseal Construction Products worked closely with valued customers on the waterproofing and glass and glazing scopes of work for the new building. Our customers utilized Henry Air-bloc® 17, Henry Air-bloc® LF™, and Pecora 895 silicone sealant which are in-stock and readily available at Kenseal Philadelphia.
